	Deep Understanding Highly competent 4 pts	Good Understanding Competent 3 pts	Basic Understanding Some what Competent 2 pts	Little understanding Not Competent 1 pts
Ability to Follow Directions	Deep Understanding Followed directions to the letter. Used other peers for guides.	Good Understanding Followed directions. Listened to others around him/her when needed.	Basic Understanding Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive but didn't listen to the instructor	Little understanding Did not follow directions for any of the task and at times refused to slow down to do task well. Was Absent from class.
Level of Needed Assistance	Deep Understanding Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Understanding Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.	Basic Understanding Student was able to complete the task with moderate assistance from instructor and peer.	Little understanding Student was unable to complete task without major assistance.
