Articulation of the message	Poor cannot be understood	Developing understands some of the conversation, but range is limited. needs to practice speaking to ensure understanding	Good understands most of the conversation, and can engage in discourse though messages contain minimal errors	Excellent understands the conversation, and is able to speak with accuracy and can be understood
Body Language Cues	Poor student displays poor body language during competency and need improvement.	Developing student is in the process of developing proper body language during competency. on occasion student slouched and or did not give eye contact in a consistant fashion.	Good student displays good body language and eye contact. Very little room is needed for improvement.	Excellent student displays excellent body language and eye contact during competency.
