Combination performed with great attention to quality of movement, body position, placement in relation to the group and other details of dance. Student is proficient with weight shifts, falling, contractions, and spiraling. Student have also mastered triplets and sparkles.
Student controls falling, uses proper initiations in contractions, and demonstrates an understanding of spiraling.

Combination performed with attention to details of technique, has attained proficiency in dance style. Understands the exercises. Students have begun to explore weight shifts, falling, contractions, and spiraling. Students are proficient with triplets and sparkles. Student sometimes hesitates with what is next in the phrase but has good focus. Student has some control in falling, but has not yet mastered the proper way to fall.

Lack of understanding of technical elements (ie. footwork, quality of movements, body positions) demonstrated in performance. Student gives up midway through exercises. Students do not understand the vocabulary of weight shifts, falling, contractions, and spiraling. Students do not participate in triplets or sparkle exercises. Student does not fall properly and may hurt themselves or others while doing so.
