Identify Coping Skills	Mastery Student can name 3 stressful situations or events< Student can name 2 body responses that indicate stress Student can name 3 coping skills given a specific situation (use words, body calming, etc.)	Emerging Student can name one stressful situation, body indicator, AND a coping skill	Adult-dependent With prompting, can name one stressful situation, body indicator, OR a coping skill Cannot name triggers, body response, or coping skills
Use Coping Skills Identify Strategies	Mastery Can identify a number (2-3) of strategies given an anxiety provoking scenario without prompting	Emerging Can identify a limited number (2-3) of strategies given an anxiety provoking scenario with prompting.	Adult-dependent Cannot identify strategies to cope with feelings of anxiety or frustration or can only identify 1 coping skills strategy.
