Fair Word Problem is complete but there are errors that make creating an equation difficult.	Good Word problem is complete, makes sense, and contain and unknown element to be represented by a variable.
Illustration	Poor Illustration does not match the context of the word problem and/or is sloppy with little to no effort.	Fair Illustration reflects the context of the word problem. More effort is needed.	Good Illustration matches the context of the word problem, shows effort and includes color.
Equation	Poor Equation is completely incorrect and does not reflect the word problem.	Fair Equation reflects the information in the word problem but contains errors in problem solving i.e. the equation or reversing numbers.	Good Equation reflects the information in the word problem and is solved correctly, with the answer in a complete sentence.
