Job Completion	Level 4 The project was 100% complete and was within specific tolerance's and within time frame. The project had added detail to make it unique. The project was free from burrs and nicks.	Level 3 The project was complete and was within specific tolerance's within time frame but did not clean project's nicks and burrs. The project has added detail to make it unique.	Level 2 The project was complete but did not meet one of the specific tolerance's within time frame. The project had a smooth finish but some burrs.	Level 1 The project was complete within time frame but both tolerance's needed major modifications. The project was not free from nicks and burrs. The finish was not smooth.	Non-Compliance Student did not complete project in time period given, refused to start project or abandoned project once started.	Grade Received
Design Plan	Level 4 The student has a completed design plan and the project is followed exactly to the print.	Level 3 The student has a design plan but only some of the project design and dimensions are followed to the project.	Level 2 The student has a project design plan but the dimensions are not followed to the project.	Level 1 The project design is handed in but the project does not look anything like the print handed in.	Non-Compliance There is no design plan handed in for the project they completed. Demonstrate Knowledge of Process	Level 4 Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary theories/ task for completion of the project. Relies on own memory skills to get task done.	Level 3 Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories/ task for completion of the project with some assistance. Uses own words to describe task.	Level 2 Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without major prompting. Requires adult assistance to get job done. Uses very little vocabulary to describe the task.
