Needs Improvement Little evidence of research into the aspects of program evaluation relevant to the design chosen with few or no links to class readings, lecture materials and other sources.
Detail/Supporting Evidence 20 pts Ability to provide relevant details to support the program evaluation conclusions	Excellent Details are effective, explicit, and pertinent to the program evaluation analysis and are supported with documented evidence.	Satisfactory Details are linked to the program evaluation analysis but lack elaboration and relevance. Some documented evidence missing. Organization 10 pts Effectively organize evaluation findings	Excellent Organized with a clear, logical flow, cohesive and focused.	Satisfactory Organized but containing an awkward flow, content complete but not entirely cohesive.	Needs Improvement Serious errors in organization, lacks clear thought and progression, difficult to follow.
Technology 10 pts Effective use of on-line presentation skills	Excellent Choice of online presentation tool enhances the presentation and is executed well.	Satisfactory Choice of online presentation tool is adequate and execution is good.	Needs Improvement Choice of online presentation tool detracts from material and execution is poor.
Grammar, punctuation, spelling 5 pts Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and formatting	Excellent Little to no errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling or formatting, and no errors that detract from the presentation's message or flow.
