G (Goal) Win a trip to Camp Fraction R (Role) Shop, pack your bag, convert recipes and create flag A (Audience) The local news station S (Situation) Prove that your class deserves this trip P (Product performance and purpose) • Shop for the proper equipment for this trip. • Fit all the equipment into your bag. • Plan to prepare the meals (3 a day). • Finally as a class create a team flag. Once all of these tasks have been completed, a business letter must be wrote to the news channel, explaining why YOUR CLASS should win! S (Standards and criteria for success)In order for your class to be chosen, you must: • Justify your equipment choices with an explanation of why particular items were chosen. • Fit all of the purchased items into ONE bag. • Convert the recipes from serving 1 to serving the entire class (24). • Create a class fraction flag that everyone agrees on, and a model flag must be provided.
