Color and Design	Poor Did not stay with the tradition of a sugar skull for the Dia de los Muertos celebration, created more of a halloween tradition skull.<BR> (0-24 pts)	Fair Color and design are fair. Somewhat in the traditional manor, but problem with either design or neatness of creation<BR> (25-34 pts)	Good Color and Design of sugar skull was in keeping with tradition. Bright, colorful, looks as if it is from Mexico<BR> (30-35 pts)
Use of extra materials	Poor Extras are not used in the traditional manor for this type of sugar skull, they are just covering the skull.
