Health Power Point Presentation Health Power Point Presentation Middle School students will present there information using the power point presentation checklist. Students must answer a minimum of five (5 point) questions and one (10 point) question. Introduction	Excellent Student introduces topic and lets everyone know indepth what their power point is about.	Average Student introduces topic but does not explain about it.	Fair Student does not introduce topic.
Body	Excellent Student has answered	Average Student has answered clearly 3-5 (5 point questions) & 1 (10 point question) Each question should represent 1 slide.	Fair Student has answered clearly 1-3 (5 point questions) & 1 (10 point question) Each question should represent 1 slide.
Conclusion	Excellent Student has a clear understanding of what his/her PP presentation was all about, summarized on one slide.	Average Student has somewhat of an understanding of what his/her PP presentation was all about, summarized on one slide.	Fair Student has no understanding of what his/her PP presentation was all about, summarized on one slide.
Reference	Excellent Student clearly and properly lists the references on PP slide. Student should have 3-5 references.	Average Student somewhat lists the references on PP slide. Student should have 2-3 references.	Fair Student does not list the references on PP slide. Student should have at least 1-2 references.
Transitions/Graphics/ Animations	Excellent Student shows all 3 (Transitions, Animations & Graphics throughout the PP presentation. 1 Graphic must be related to topic.	Average Student shows all 2 out of 3 (Transitions, Animations & Graphics throughout the PP presentation. At least 1 Graphic must be related to topic.
