Explain procedure to client	Poor Eplained part of the procedure but did not allow the patient time to ask question and did not place the bed in correct position	Good Explained to patient but and was able to preform procedures but did not provide for privacy	Excellant Explained to patient what you will be doing and asked if there is any problems. Provided time for questions, placed bed in proper position and provided privacy to patient
Pulse	Poor Had difficulty finding the pulse at the wrist, but fianlly was able to get this correct.	Good Found the pulse at the writst after several minutes.	Excellant Found the pulse quickly at the wrist, took for 1 full minute, correctly the first attempt.
Obtained reading	Poor Obtained the correct reading on the second try but demonstrated little confidence.	Good Obtained the correct reading on the second try.	Excellant Obtained the correct reading on the first try.
