Meeting Goals/Objectives
Poor
Student does not attempt or refuses to coporate in order to meet the goals or objectives that are stated in their IEP; which are the main focus of their teaching instruction.
Fair
Student makes some attempts and coporates most of the time in order to meet the goals or objectives that are stated in their IEP; which are the main focus of their teaching instruction.
Good
Student makes strong attempts and always cooperates in order to meet the goals or objectives that are stated in their IEP; which are the main focus of their teaching instruction.
Participation
Poor
Student does not participate during classroom or program instruction time. Student refuses to follow classroom rules.
Fair
Student attempts to participate during classroom or program instruction time. The majority of the time, the student abides by classroom rules.
Good
Student always participates during classroom or program instruction time. The student abides by all classroom rules.
Academic Programs
Poor
The student does not try to make academic gains by working in their individual instructional program. Student is not willing to follow the academic program procedures as taught by the classroom teacher.
Fair
Student somewhat attempts to make academic gains by working in their individual academic instructional program. Student is mostly willing to follow the academic program procedures as taught by the classroom teacher.
Good
Student makes strong attempts to make academic gains by working in their individual academic instructional program. Student is willing to follow the academic program procedures as taught by the classroom teacher.
