Step Count	Poor Routine included less than 10 counts.	Fair Routine included 10-20 counts.	Good Routine included 20-30 counts.	Excellent Routine met or exceeded the minimum of 40 counts.
Music and Rhythem	Poor Music was not provided. Students were rarely on beat.	Fair Music did not match the dance. Students were off beat half of the time.	Good Could have chosen more appropriate music. Students were rarely off beat.	Excellent Choice of music was appropriate and students followed the rhythem of the music throughout the presentation.
Group Coheshion	Poor All group members seem to be performing different routines. Entire group is out of sync.	Fair Half of the group were not in sync. Obvious miscommunication of what is to come next in the routine.	Good One group member was not in sync with the rest of the team. Hardly noticeable.	Excellent Group members did the presentation as a team and were in sync the entire presentation.
Aerobic Routine	Poor Group missed 3 steps in aerobic routine.	Fair Group missed 2 steps in aerobic routine.	Good Group missed one step in aerobic routine.	Excellent Group members completed all four steps in an aerobic routine. (Warm-up, Cardio, Post-Cardio, Cool-down)
Combination of Movement Patterns	Poor Students were unable to combine movement patterns successfully.	Fair Students combined movement patterns with noticebale hesitation between each move.	Good Students successfully combined movement patterns with little hesitation in between.	Excellent Students were able to successfully combine 5 or more movement patterns into a fluent routine.
