(Level 1)

non-dominant shoulder is not pointed towards target, contact made above the waist, birdie or ball tossed or swung is too fast at contact, contact is made in front of body, birdie or ball lands in front of the short service line

(Level 3)

(Level 4)

Smash

(Level 1)

smash is taken from every area of the court, mechanics are not like the clear, contact is made near the head, racket is pointed downward, follow through stops at contact, birdie may not land in bounds
(Level 2)

Smash is taken from every area of the court, mechanics look like the clear, contact is made without a straight elbow, racket is pointed downward, follow through is downward across the body, birdie land in bounds, but may be returnable
(Level 3)

Smash is taken , mechanics look like the clear, contact is made above the head, racket is pointed downward, follow through is downward across the body, birdie lands in bounds and is unreturnable
(Level 4)
