Baking and Pastry Arts Final Exam 2021-2022 
A rubric to evaluate the dessert for the 2021-2022 Senior Exam. The item must include butter, flour, sugar (brown, powder, and regular), and eggs. Optional salt, baking powder, baking soda, milk, buttermilk, heavy cream, and your 2 mystery ingredients. The item must have a frosting, sauce or a filling. There may NOT be any premade products or any additional ingredients that are not listed used in your final exam. Each student will present 3 of their plated item on Thursday, May 12th at 1:00 pm
