I work independently	Level 1: Basic Does not work independently. Needs reminders/prodding	Level 2: Partial Competency Meets most deadlines. Needs some cues, external motivation.	Level 3: Full Competency Meets expectations on time. Asks clarifying questions.	Level 4: Exceeds Expectations Always meets expectations/deadlines. Works independently. Assists others to become independent.
I complete my work	Level 1: Basic Requires external redirection to complete work.	Level 2: Partial Competency Completes work without external cues over half the time.	Level 3: Full Competency Most work is done without help. Requires few external cues.	Level 4: Exceeds Expectations Completes work independently and on time. Encourages others to complete work.
My work is well done.	Level 1: Basic Work is careless or incomplete. Meeds help to meet expectations.	Level 2: Partial Competency Work meets minimal standards most of the time, but there is room for improvement.	Level 3: Full Competency Work is well-done, complete demonstrates competency.
