Complete Sentences	Unsatisfactory Work isn't in complete sentences. It doesn't make sense.	Partially Proficient Work makes some sense but isn't fully complete.	Proficient Work is in complete sentences and makes sense.
Summary	Unsatisfactory Summary doesn't include the most important parts, is general, or doesn't make sense.	Partially Proficient Summary has some of the most important parts, but isn't well organized and/or has some confusing information.
