Students will produce a face sculpture using plasticine. They will focus on scale, proportion, space, texture and detail.

Scale and Proportion Demonstrate the correct use of scale and proportion to sculpt a face.	4 100-90% Student has successfully illustrated the use of proportion and scale. The face demonstrates the correct location and size of all the features.	3 89-80% Student has demonstrated that they understand the basic idea of proportion and scale. Most features are in the correct location and the correct size.	2 79-70% Student has demonstrated that objects belong in a particular location, but has not demonstrated proper use of proportion or scale. Sculpture does not resemble the person because of the proportions being off.	1 69-60% Student has created a sculpture without using proportion or scale to locate their features or sizes. Features may be in incorrect locations and of incorrect size.	0 59-0% Project is incomplete and/or none of the components proportion are evident.
Detail and Texture Students will demonstrate a range of techniques to create detail and texture.	4 100-90% Student has successfully used a range of techniques to render the form of the face.
