Fingering	Poor The majority of the performance included incorrect fingering.	Fair Half of the piece included incorrect fingering while the other half was correct.	Good The majority of the piece featured proper fingering with little to few errors.
Rhythm	Poor The performance was not rhythmically sound while featuring tempo inconsistency and a disregard for meter.	Fair Half the piece was performed with rhythmic efficiency while there are still rhythm errors in the performance.	Good The performance is strong rhythmically with very few tempo errors.
Note accuracy	Poor The majority of the performance included note errors and mistakes.	Fair Some notes were missed while some notes were accurate.	Good Most if not all of the notes were correct in the performance.
Scoring	Poor 0-3 The student has received the equivalent of a failing grade and may be in need of extra help.	Fair 4-6 The student has shown proficiency while still displaying room for growth.	Good 6-9 The student has displayed competency on the piano and is on pace with the course work.
