Skill; Wire manipulation Sculpting the wire with careful consideration and skill.<BR> ~The Sculpture was balanced.	Level 1 The student did not try to sculpt the wire on their own. The Sculpture does not balance.	Level 2 The student attempted to sculpt the wire but gave up as soon as it challenged them. The student seldomly asked for help.<BR> *Balance was attempted but poor.	Level 3 The wire was successful in holding up the weight of the sculpture.<BR> The student asked for help when finding something difficult, but kept trying.<BR> *Balance was achieved .	Level 4 The wire was wonderfully sculpted, neat and smooth. The balance of the mobile is superior and elegant.
Design Choice Abstract or animal	Level 1 *The student chose the most basic design possible and put no effort or creativity into their mobile.	Level 2 *The student chose the design and completed it without any added effort.	Level 3 *The student Chose the design and it was well executed with good craftsmanship and unifying design.	Level 4 *The student chose a more advanced design and put excellent effort and skill into achieving it.
Creativity/ Originality Creative piece and detail	Level 1 *The piece shows little or no evidence of original thought.	Level 2 *The piece shows little evidence of original thought.	Level 3 *The student's work lacked sincere originality.	Level 4 *The student's work demonstrates originality.
Craftsmanship Craftsmanship of the sxulpture	Level 1 *paid no attention to the subject matter and the craftsmanship.	Level 2 *Mobile pieces were barely considered and craftsmanship was not a priority.	Level 3 *The sculpture showed evidence of attention to detail in the pieces and the craftsmanship.	Level 4 *The mobile pieces are well constructed and have excellent craftsmanship.
