3. Effort and Attitude

Animation, interest, expression, maturity, etc.

The student put little teffort into the dialogue and the dialogue suffered due to lack of interest, animation, enthusiasm and maturity

The student could have done more to demonstrate enthusiasm,animation, maturity and interest.
Good- 6-8

The student was showing some enthusiasm, animation, maturity, interest)
Excellent- 9-10

The student was excited and ready to present with a smile! The student seemed to have fun during the dialogue.(animation, maturity, interest)
6. Grammar script
10 pts

Grammar, language and vocabulary requirements.

Poor 1-2

Students had 9 or more grammar errors in their script. Script was incomplete with minimal effort. Unable to understand due to mistakes. Many grammar and language.
Fair 3-5

Students had 6 to 8 grammar errors. Script not complete. Important elements missing.
Good- 6-8

Students had 3 to 5 grammar errors. Script almost complete, but missing some critical language elements .
Excellent- 9-10

Students had 1 or 2 grammar errors. Script included required grammar details and vocabulary. Extrememly well-written.
Group participation

participation in prep. -based on peer/ teacher eval. evaluation

Poor 1-2

Did nothing; frequently off task
Fair 3-5

Some attempt in dilaogue preparation; frequent teacher involvment
Good- 6-8

Satisfactory involvement in dialogue preparation; some reminders to stay on task.
Excellent- 9-10

Participated fully with minimal teacher involvement.
