Group members stated their ideas clearly as demonstrated by projecting their voice, staying on topic, and making eye contact while keeping the audience engaged.
Proficient

Group members stated their ideas relatively clearly. Projection of voice, staying on topic and making eye contact slightly inconsistent but did not take away greatly from the overall presentation and audience engagement.
Basic

Group members demonstrated difficulty stating their ideas and opinions clearly by speaking quietly, going off topic, and not making eye contact with the audience. Audience engagement was limited.
Thinking/Research/Self-Mgmt. Skills

Goal

Group members took thoughtful action as demonstrated by putting all their knowledge into the presentation, using accurate facts, organizing a layout for the presentation, and keeping within the 5-10 minute time frame.
Proficient

Group members took relatively thoughtful action as demonstrated by putting some of their knowledge into the presentation. Minor elements and/or errors in the layout and/or time frame.
Basic

Group members had difficulty taking thoughtful action as demonstrated by putting little knowledge into their presentation, using inaccurate facts, and having a presentation that lacks organization.
Social Skills

Goal

Group members demonstrated cooperation by sharing, taking turns, and listening to each other while presenting their ideas to the audience. Presentation was shared equally among group members.
Proficient

Group members cooperated relatively well with each other as demonstrated by some sharing, taking turns, and/or listening to each other while presenting their ideas to the audience. Some members participated slightly more than others.
Basic

Group members had difficulty cooperating as demonstrated by obvious miscommunications and lapses in the presentation. Some students dominated the presentation and others did not participate much.
