Student utilizes drawing, reference, and dimension lines . Student is able to use the tools provided to create parallel or perpendicular lines. All lines are extremely accurate.

Object Information

Excellent

Student measures and draws objects accurately. Student understands why each line displays necessary info.
Good

Student will usually get the proper measurements and uses the proper lintypes for objects.
Fair

Student sometimes uses accurate measurements and sometimes uses the proper linetypes, but doesn't seem to understand why those linetypes are necessary.
Poor

Students improperly measures objects and doesn't seem to understand why the object linetypes are necessary to show properly.
Lettering/Shading

Excellent

Student always uses templates to create the neat lettering and understands how important shading and neatness can be.
Good

Student usually uses templates to create lettering, and seems to understand how each view relates to the other.
Fair

Student sometimes uses templates to create lettering. Shading could be neater.
Poor

Student rarely uses templates and lettering is extremely sloppy. Shading is also very sloppy
Dimensions

Student dimensions each area of the object required to be able to construct the object and draws the dimensions approp. using correct lines, ticks and locations of dimensions
