Oral Component	Poor - The topic was not clearly presented. - Orally the speech speed, volume, or clarity were severely lacking - Delivery was disjointed - Layman's vocabulary was used Pauses unintentionally	Fair - Student was able to present the necessary material but speech was unclear - Delivery was adequate in vocabulary - One or more of the following were missing: eye contact, enthusiasm, posture	Good -Student clearly articulated their speech -Went at an appropriate speed for hearing and understanding - Delivery was efficient - Technical vocabulary was used - Student used proper eye contact, pitch, posture, & exhibited enthusiasm.
Content	Poor - Key concepts and information were left out. - Content was poorly explained - Presenter does not understand the topic fully	Fair -Topic was adequately covered, some important pieces were missing - Student did not have a full understanding of content	Good - Student presented content that was easily understood Topic was fully covered and student has a deep level of understanding
Length/ Structure	Poor -The presentation was less than 5 minutes - Structure created confusion or misunderstanding	Fair - Presentation was 5-8 minutes - Structure was lacking in organization, clarity, or order	Good - Presentation was of the appropriate length, 10 minutes - Presentation was well structured and methodology was easily understood
