What Does Your Mask Hide

Each of us are hiding behind a mask. As we discussed Maslow's hierarchy of need we will find that there is an area where we hide. Decorate your mask to portray the area that you hide behind.

Decorations	Below Basic Have 2-3 words on the mask but no decorations.	Basic Have 2-3 words on the mask with decorations.	Proficient Have 3 or more words on the mask to describe what you are hiding and the decoration is nice and neat.	Advanced Have 5 or more words that are considered to be thought provoking and decoration is above and beyond expectations - just outstanding.
Description	Below Basic Meets criteria with the 2-3 words with very little thought and relevance to the assignment.	Basic Has 3 words or more but not much relevance to the assignment	Proficient Has 3 or more words that accurately depict your thoughts and are able to clearly explain why.	Advanced Has 5 or more words that describes what you are hiding from and can explain how that relates to your fear based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Need.
Communication	Below Basic Communicates some of the thoughts that are trying to be conveyed to the class.	Basic Communicates to the class what is on the mask but the description is vague and random.	Proficient Communicates ideas adequately and the class understands your ideas.	Advanced Communicates ideas creatively, uniquely, and enthusiastically to the class with the explanation of how it relates to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
