Student occasionally stands correctly with knees bent, shoulders relaxed, pelvic area tucked. Student rarely displays body tension in throat and jaws.

Student ALWAYS stands correctly with knees bent, shoulders relaxed, pelvic area tucked and sings using a proper singing stance with no visible tension in the throat, jaws, or body.

Vowels are always wide and nasal. Consonants are never placed on words properly. Student does not follow conducting patterns and does not connect to the cultural and emotional aspects of the music.

Vowels are often pure and relaxed. Consonants are often clean. Students mostly follows conducting patterns and sings the cultural and emotional interpretation with partial connectivity.

Vowels are always tall, pure, and relaxed. Consonants are always crisp and clean. Students always follows conducting patterns and sings the cultural and emotional interpretation with ease.
