Manual Pattern Grading	Poor Lacks basic math skills and/or use of Dario grading machine.	Fair Adequate math skills and use of Dario grading machine.	Good Precise use of Dario grading machine for making multiple sizes.
Marker Making	Poor Pattern pieces are spread out too far and make poor use of fabric.	Fair Some pattern pieces laid out well, others do not utilize fabric well.	Good Pattern pieces are laid out so that fabric usage is maximized.
Computer Pattern Grading	Poor Poor understanding of preparation and digitizing patterns into the Gerber computer system.
