Create a fitness routine 
Groups will create a fitness routine with 5 exercise movements, with each student choosing a movement of their choice. Groups will repeat routines three times. The movements are common strength or flexibility movements. Movements should target specific muscle groups (arms, legs etc.) They will introduce and perform each movement (20 sec. w a 10 sec. rest.
