Proficient Student can accurately tell the time in Spanish to the minute on an analog clock 4 out of 5 times.	Developing Student can accurately tell the time in Spanishto the minute on an analog clock 3 out of 5 times.	Beginning Student can only tell time in English and interpret into Spanish some numbers on a clock 2 out of 5 times.	Beginning Student can only tell time to the minute in English and remember the Spanish numbers on a clock 1 out of 5 times.
