Average Makes a detailed description of some of the subject matter, elements, process of own work.	Below Average Descriptions are not detailed or complete.
Evaluation 25 pts Your evaluation & comments of your classmates work.	Excellent Uses multiple criteria to judge the artwork, such as composition, expression, creativity, design, communication of ideas.	Above Average Uses 1-2 criteria to judge the artwork	Average Does not make much attempt to evaluate the artwork. Uses vague and no descriptive terminology.	Below Average Does not evaluate any student's artwork.
Active Participant 25 pts How active was the student in class discussion?	Excellent Student was an enthusiastic and active member of class discussion during each classmate's presentation.	Above Average Student was an active member of class discussion during most classmate's presentation.	Average Student was a member of class discussion during some classmate's presentation.	Below Average Student did not participate in class discussion.
Engagement 25 pts Level of engagement during critique.	Excellent Student was paying attention for the duration of the critique and being an active member of the discussion.	Above Average Student was paying attention for the majority of the critique.	Average Student was paying attention for some of the critique, but occasionally disengaged.	Below Average Student was disengaged for the majority/all of the critique discussion.
