Greater Than	Poor Students are unable to identify written or orally, if a number is greater than another number from the numbers 0 to 20. They can only identify greater than visually.	Fair Students are able to identify if a number is greater than another through visual or written means of numbers from 0 to 20. They are unable to explain orally why the number is greater.	Good Students are able to identify through visual, written and oral explanation if a number is greater than another from the numbers 0 to 20, and why.
Less Than	Poor Students are unable to identify written or orally, if a number is less than another number from the numbers 0 to 20.They can only identify less than visually.	Fair Students are able to identify if a number is less than another through visual or written means of numbers from 0 to 20. They are unable to explain orally why the number is greater.	Good Students are able to identify through visual, written and oral explanation if a number is less than another from the numbers 0 to 20, and why.
Equal too	Poor Students are unable to identify written or orally, if a number is equal too another number.They can only identify greater than visually.	Fair Students are able to identify if a number equal too another through, visuals or written means of numbers from 0 to 20. They are unable to orally why the number is greater.	Good Students are able to identify through visual, written and oral explanation is a number is equal too another from the numbers 0 to 20, and why.
Create Their Own	Poor Students are unable to create their own greater than/less or equal too than scenario neither orally or written from the numbers 0 to 20. They can only identify equal to visually.	Fair Students are able to set up their own scenario of greater than/less than or equal too through visual, written & oral language with numbers of 0 to 20. The student is unable to answer which is greater than/less than or explain.	Good Students are able to set up their own scenario of greater than/less or equal too than through visual, oral & written language with numbers of 0 to 20. Also the student is able to give the correct answer for which is greater than/less than or equal to and explain why the answer is correct.
