Group Process 
In the space provided please provide any observations you may have of the candidate’s skills. Specifically, we are looking for mention of Teamwork, Ethics, Problem Solving, Prioritizing and Communication. To assist with your evaluation a brief description of each trait has been provided to you. All the activities throughout Group Process are going to utilize these traits. However, there are some traits are going to be more prominent than others, depending on the activity. So, when writing comments please touch on as many of these traits as you see the candidate use in the course of the activity.
