Parentheses 24 % Calculate within parentheses first.	Below Average Does not calculate within the parentheses according to the PEMDAS sequence.	Average Calculates at least half of the operations within the parentheses according to the PEMDAS sequence, and makes no error --OR-- Performs the operations within the parentheses according to the PEMDAS sequence, but miscalculates at least one of them.	Above Average Calculates operations within all parentheses according to the PEMDAS sequence and does it correctly.
Exponents 24 % Calculate the exponents secondly.	Below Average Does not calculate the exponent according to the PEMDAS sequence.	Average Calcluates the exponent according to the PEMDAS sequence, but does it incorrectly.	Above Average Calculates the exponent according to the PEMDAS sequenceand does it correctly.
Multiplication & Division 24 % Do multiplication and division in order from left to right.
