Good Student provided two facts about the country where the dish originated - i.e. - country/region, country/capitol, region/capitol.	Fair Student provided only one fact of the country where the dish originated from.	Poor Student was not able to tell me which Spanish speaking country the food they researched came from or otherwise was incorrectly stated.
Dish	Excellent Student provided examples of the dish - photos and the actual dish in class. Also provided facts about what significance this dish represents per the culture.	Good Student provided either a photo of this dish from the internet. Provided a few facts about the significance of this dish.	Fair Student could only provide a photo and very few facts of the significance or contribution to the local culture.	Poor Student provided no or incorrect facts about this dish and how it contributes to local Hispanic culture.
