Speaks with confidence and has a well developed speech or script for their station. The presenter keeps the attention of their audience at all times
Drill

Poor

The drill does not teach the skill in an effective way and does not meet expectations of progression.
Fair

The drill meets some expectations but could be improved by adding progression to make it appealing to all skill levels.
Good

The drill does a good job of keeping students engaged and has some built in progression.
Excellent

The drill is exciting, engaging and step based. There is built in progression to the drill to reach all skill levels
Leadership

Poor

Presenter is 'goofing' off or otherwise neglecting their station. Presenter is not using proper technique when demonstrating their drills.
Fair

The presenter is off task at some times and is not focused on performing their drill. Presenter is not helping students to improve their skills
Good

Presenters are being good leaders and taking precautions to set good examples for their audience. Their attention is on the drill at most times.
Excellent

Presenters are being good role models. They are professional and performing the drill examples to the best of their abilities.
