Student struggles with knowing correct technique, and how to hold the instrument, and produce the sound accurately, and shows little progress with changing these habits.

Student may be able to produce sound, but struggles with playing with the correct fingers on the fretboard, or with making progress with technical facility on the instrument.
Meeting

Student plays the instrument correctly, and focuses on using the correct posture and fingering, and illustrates progress towards a conscious awareness of technique.
