Quality of Work	1 Provides work that occasionally needs to be checked/redone by other group members to ensure quality.	2 Provides high quality work.	3 Provides work of the highest quality possible.
Problem Solving Skills	1 Does not suggest or refine solutions, but is willing to try out solutions suggested by others.	2 Refines solutions suggested by others.	3 Actively looks for and suggests solutions to problems.
Working with Others	1 Often listens to, shares with, and supports efforts of others, but sometimes is not a team player.	2 Usually listens to, share with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause group to become unfocused on task.	3 Almost always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep people working well together. Leads by demonstrating appropriate example.
Focus on the task	1 Focuses on the task and what needs to be done some of the time. Other group members must sometimes nag, prod, and remind the person to stay on task.	2 Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time. Other group members can count on this person for appropriate behavior.	3 Consistently stays focused on the task and what needs to be done. Self-directed learner.
