Design Project	Fair Design project shows very little to none of the client requests with few of their likes, requests of furniture elements, finishes, paint colors and is difficult to read.	Good Design project shows some of the client requests and some of their likes, furniture elements finishes, paint colors and board is somewhat easy to follow and read.	Excellent Design project shows all aspects of client requests including likes, furniture elements, finishes, paint colors and is easy to follow.
Board Presentation	Fair Board is not neat or well put together.	Good Board is somewhat neat but could be better.	Excellent Board is neat, easy to read and follow.
