Road to Revolution Poster Project 
Here is the rubric for your "Road To Revolution". Poster Project Each of the 10 categories is worth a maximum of 10 points with a total max score of 100 points. This is a test grade so be neat, creative, and original! Project is due Monday, Jan. 6 and museum walk presentations will take place Monday, Jan. 6 and Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Good

Poster is neat and shows creativity and originality. Facts are displayed separately, spaced out, and can be read without problem. Illustrations/art are clear.

Poster is somewhat sloppy and separation of facts is not clear. Facts and illustrations/art may be loosely attached to the project.
Poor

Poster and sloppy and illegible. Facts are not spaced out and some may be missing.

Good

There are no spelling/grammar mistakes on the poster project.

Good

Good

Title is poster is clear, creative, and neat and can be seen from 10 feet away.

Title may not be clear, creative, or neat and is out of focus from 10 feet away.

Title may be missing, misspelled, and/or can't be seen from 10 feet away.

Good

Student uses at least three legitimate sources (other than Wikipedia) and sources are listed either on front side or back side of the poster. Historical books, magazine articles, newspaper articles, and relevant online sources are acceptable.

Student may have three sources or less but they are not legitimate and/or historically relevant to the subject.

Student does not have sources listed or the sources are not appropriate for the subject.

Good

Content on the poster is laid out neatly and is easy to read. Creativity is encouraged but make sure that it is easy to follow content.

Good

Rubric is attached to the back of the poster and student has hit all of the above components and presented his/her poster to show knowledge of subject matter. Poster is neat, creative, and original.

Student is missing rubric, several components and does not display knowledge of the subject matter.
