Instrument Performance	Poor Poor Instrument Performance. Student does not handle then instrument properly. Has constant help and reminders from the teacher.	Fair Fair Instrument Performance. Instrument correctly 50% of the time. Student needs several reminders from teacher and may need additional help using the instrument.	Good Good Instrument Performance. Students handles the instrument correctly 80% of the time. Still needs reminders from the teacher.	Excellent Excellent Instrument Performance. Student handles the instrument properly 100% of the time. Student can handle the instrument and play the tones by his or herself without teacher help.	Total score
Voice Use	Poor Poor voice use. Student does not know any of the notes learned and how to use their voice in a whisper, speak, shout, or singing tone. Teacher has to work with the student by doing the voice notes with the student still.	Fair Fair voice use. Student knows the most of the words but forgets which tone to use. Teacher has to remind the student which note requires which tone.	Good Good voice use. Students knows the words to our song but is having trouble with the tones to use on which words.
