Use of Gestures and/or Visual Aid	Poor Student uses gestures and/or visual aid with little to no effectivesness in getting his/her message across to the audience.	Fair Student uses gestures and/or visual aid with some effectivesness in getting his/her message across to the audience.	Good Student uses gestures and/or visual aid effectively in getting his/her message across to the audience.	Excellent Student uses gestures and/or visual aid with a high degree of effectivesness in getting his/her message across to the audience.
Grammar & Language Conventions	Poor Student consistently uses grammar incorrectly throughout the presentation, with little effort for correction.
