Fruit platter layout	UNSATISFACTORY Cuts were random, not consistent. There was no discernable pattern to fruit placement	NEED IMPROVEMENT -Student did not produce clean cut on fruits. -The tray has a lot of empty space. -very flat tray/too tall.	GOOD -Student produced nice clean cuts on fruits. -Students use of the space on the tray was good.small spaces of tray visable. -Good use of height.	EXCELLENT -Student produced great cuts on the fruits. -Student us eof the tray is execellent, no visble space. -Student has created good height and a gradual desentof fruit on tray.
fruit selection	UNSATISFACTORY Student only used one or two types of fruit. Fruit was not properly prepared	NEED IMPROVEMENT -Student made poor choices on fruit to produce fruit platter. Too many: -Bruised fruit -over/under ripe -Discolored fruit	GOOD -Student slection of fruit is good. Portion control and sanitation	UNSATISFACTORY Entire fruits were inedible due to poor sanitation. No attention paid to amount of waste	NEED IMPROVEMENT -Student wasted a lot of fruit to produce the fruit tray. -Student did not keep station clean as the tray was being produced	GOOD -Student wasted a small amount of fruit to produce tray. -Student station was kept fairly clean during production.	EXCELLENT -Student wasted minimal amonut of fruit to produce tray. -Student station was kept very clean during production
