Beginning 8 9 10 11 12 15 Student halfway attempted to draw correct shapes, It is clear more time could have been spent. There are multiple uneven areas.	Proficient 16 17 18 19 Student did their personal best to neatly shade each square. There are a few messy areas. There is a relative evenness to the drawing.	Advanced 20 Student took time to neatly color all shapes. Pencil lines do not overlap from one shape to the next and there is an evenness throughout the drawing.
Followed Directions	Not Attempting 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Student did not shade in a uniform manner. The image looks nothing like the photo. They did not use a viewfinder	Beginning 8 9 10 11 12 15 Student attempted to shade neatly however the did not use a viewfinder.	Proficient 16 17 18 19 Student did a good job blending shades and reproducing shapes that are much like the original picture. They used a view finder.	Advanced 20 Student Followed all directions and was careful in creating shades and used a view finder in the correct way. There is very little that could have been done better!
