Creativity	Excellent Use of graphic open, lower thirds and bug	At Level Students use basic props however misspellings in text.	Fair Students only use 1-2 graphics or misspellings in text.	Poor Students do not use any graphics.
Anchors	Excellent Speakers have the full attention of the audience, are loud,making eye contact, speach is clear and understandable.	At Level speakers are somewhat clear and understandable. A little laughing or stopping.	Fair presentation is diffucult to understand. Some laughing, stopping, etc.	Poor There is no audio.
Effort	Excellent group has exhibited strong evidence of planning and preparatig (props, detailed scripts, strong and factual information from outside sources	At Level Good evidence of effort and preparation.
