Plot Your Pages! Rubric

This rubric will evaluate the student's ability to plot points correctly on a coordinate plane, calculate averages to determine the coordinate points, and to be able to interpret their results through the use of data analysis and graphical understanding.

Plotting Points	Potential for Improvement Student was able to graph some coordinate points, but was not sufficient enough to be able to use the graphs for data analysis.	Good Students were able to graph most of their points correctly on the provided coordinate plane. (1-2 coordinate points mis-plotted at most)	Excellent Students were able to graph all of their points correctly on the provided coordinate plane.
Graph Comprehension	Potential for Improvement Student was unable to use their graph to answer the questionaire, but may have been able to use their reading log to help them comprehend some questions.	Good Students were able to use the graph to an extent in order to complete the questionaire, but did not use both numerical answers and explanations based on the questions being asked.	Excellent Student was able to use their graphs to help answer the questionaire appropriately. Students provided numerical answers as well as explanations based on the questions being asked.
Reading Log	Potential for Improvement Students reported their data accurately, but were unable to calculate averages.	Good Students accurately reported their data, but miscalculated some averages.	Excellent Students accurately reported their data and calculated averages correctly.
