Clothing	Poor Student was not dressed professionally for the interview	Fair Student put some effort into looking professional for the interview	Good Student looked professional and took care in their appearance for the interview.	Excellent Student looked professional. Appeared comfortable and confident in professional attire.
Body Language	Poor Student did not hold body language well during interview	Fair Student held themselves well during the interview but did slouch, squirm or fidget some	Good Student held themselves well in body language maintained their poised position throughout interview	Excellent Student projected confidence and competence with gestures and posture.
Eye contact	Poor Student did not make eye contact	Fair Student held eye contact most of the time	Good Student held eye contact for the majority of interview	Excellent Maintained eye contact as appropiate for entire interview
