Notes are rarely in tune. Many fingerings incorrect.

Fingerings are mainly correct, but many notes are out of tune. Listen to notes and watch fingers.

Fingerings are all correct, but a couple of notes are out of tune. The mistakes do not take away from the overall performance.

Fantastic intonation and fingerings. All notes were in tune, therefore music was performed as written.

Poor sound. Needs more bow, better weight distribution, and better contact point. Keep left hand secure for good sound.

Tone is developed. Good basic use of the bow and left hand.

Tone is excellent. Great use and distribution of the bow. Steady contact point, good arm weight.
