Possible Movements: • Women’s movement • Abolition movement • The American System • Policies for and against Native Americans • Religious movements • Philosophical Movements (Transcendentalism, Utopias • Institutional reform (education, prison, mental health) Your product can include: • Diorama • Video • Timeline • Powerpoint • Poster • Suggestions? Please see me if you would like to create something different. For your product, you will convey the following information: 1. Describe the movements. 2. Identify key ideas 3. Describe 5 people associate with the movement people. 4. Describe the changes that each movement sought. 5. In what ways was this reform successful? How do we still see evidence of this reform today? 6. Include a minimum of five sources to support your evidence. 7. Turn in a works-cited page, as well as internal citations in MLA format. 8. Product should also include a one to two page summary, describing the information above.
