Students will create a coil pot which they will design, build and glaze.

Construction	3 Points Constructed completely of clay coils that have all been neatly slipped, scored, and blended together. Entirely smooth on the inside.	2 Points Constructed mostly of clay coils and most of the coils have been slipped, scored, and blended together. Neatness of coils needs slight improvement. Mostly smooth on the inside.	1 Point Few coils were used in the construction and many coils have not been slipped, scored, and/or blended together. Neatness is severely lacking. Glaze Application	3 Points Nice even coats of glaze. The edge from one glaze color to another is clean and the raw clay is not visible.	2 Points Not enough coats of glaze were applied.
