Completeness and Accuracy	Exceeds Expectations IEP includes legally required information (that was needed per the assignment) and is accurately based on the student information provided. No errors or missing details. All feedback from the PLOP or Goals assignment is addressed.	Meets Expectations IEP includes necessary information and is accurate. May be missing 1-2 small details. All major areas of concern in feedback are addressed some minor omissions.	Below Expectations IEP is incomplete per the assignment and/or includes multiple inaccuracies. Feedback is not addressed; the PLOP and Goals are basically the same as they were previously.
Cohesion	Exceeds Expectations Each part of the IEP as required in the assignment is clearly related to the rest of the IEP; all goals, accommodations, and services can be clearly tied to the PLOP and the PLOP provides strong support for each recommendation	Meets Expectations The IEP is individualized for the particular student. It holds together and only includes 1-2 aspects that are not closely related to the PLOP.	Below Expectations The IEP is general and generic, not specifically individualized and/or the different sections are written independently of each other, with no obvious relationship between them.
Language and Mechanics	Exceeds Expectations All language is clear and easily understandable. There are no spelling or mechanics errors noted.	Meets Expectations Language is understandable, with only a couple of minor errors.	Below Expectations Language is confusing in many places and/or there are multiple errors.
